At least, once per week we scrub to remove all dead cells and help skin to look better and smoother. My home made recipe for a body scrub is a brown soft sugar – it has got smaller granules – olive oil, few drops of vitamin E, few drops of some lovely smelling essential oil like lavender or orange and squeeze of lemon which will brighten your skin. You can do the same mixture using salt instead of sugar. I just found that salt sometimes “burns” my skin. Using oil means you can skip your moisturizer after scrubbing and just relax.

Almond face peeling
Of course , peel! It helps to keep your skin young, fresh, glowing and lines free. Do it gently though, especially on your face as it gets easily scratched or irritated by rough granules. I recommend using ground almonds. They are just great! I mix about spoons with a bit of water to make a paste, add few drops of AHA natural fruit extract and gently massage over my face and decollete. You can also add a few drops of some oil if you have dry or rehydrated skin. It will leave your skin smooth, supple and soft. Then your skin is ready for some wonderful mask!
